Positive: We had a long wait, first to be seated and then to be approached. We tried to do dinner but when we went there was an hour long wait, there was no seating in lounge either. There were empty tables that must've been for reservations which is why it would be nice upon check in to be told to make a reservation if planning to eat on site....we left for dinner but we came back in for breakfast where it again took some time to be acknowledged and once seated to be approached for drinks and/or order. Food took a good 40 mins to get to us although it was very good...again, had we known that we should make a reservation prior, it would've been much better. Seems as though you could use more wait staff as well.
